Moddern is a Dutch premium kamado brand, launched in 2024. From the first season we have been working on the full funnel: Meta and Google Ads, CRO on the webshop and email flows in Klaviyo.
With a premium product in a seasonal market, everything comes down to timing and brand experience. The creatives show the product as intended: outdoors, in use, with real food and real fire.
The build-up pays off quickly: ROAS grew from 0.67 in launch month April to 3.51 in May, orders quadrupled, and email runs at open rates of 44–48%, well above benchmark.
